Dear Members of the Appeal Board:
As a result of a miscommunication between myself and our attorney in Texas, Mr.
Goldstein, for which i take full responsibility, the letter sent to you on February 2,1 did not accurately reflect the positions of all the parties recarding our request for an extension of time.
The letter should have stated that the Applicants and the State of lexas had no objection to the extension, while the NRC Staff took no position.
I trust this clarification wi11 not alter your decision to orant the e:: t en si on,
but I did want to make certain the record was accurate on this point.
