1979 alleging certain conditions regarding concrete placement at the Callaway Nuclear Power Plant, Callaway County, Missouri. -

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration does not have jurisdiction over the end product of construction or manufacturing.

We have no authority to control the quality of a product, only the safety of those building or mannfacturing it Aning such time of building or manufacture. The complaint you filed with us 'does not appear to present a hazard to you. Therefore, no inspection will be performed regarding your oneplaint. We are, however, forwarding a copy of your complaint to:
