This change request proposes to allow an exception to Specification 4.0.4 for the Intermediate Range Monitors (IRPa) and Source Range Monitors (SRMs) when Operation Condition 2 or 3 is entered from Operation Condition 1.
The circuitry of the SRMs and IRMs precluden functional testing in Operation condition 1.
The Ncw Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) reviewed the above amendment in accordance with the requirements of 10CFRSO.91(b).
Based on this review, BNE does not have any comments on the proposed amendment request.
