The page numbering system of the PBNP Security Plan has been changed to facilitato plan and page changes in the future.
To reflect this change, the entire plan is submitted for formal review under 10 CFR 50.54(p).
A summary of all other changes is as follows:

1 This section is eliminated as it is 1.6.7 repeated in Appendix B-4.0 of this plan.
2.1.6-16 The following section was added to assure compens& tory measure requirements are met in 10 CFR

In the third paragraph, the words "and intrusion detection" were eliminated.
Compensatory measures for the IDS are identified in Section 2.1.5.2.5 of this plan.
The change of Post 8 reflects the changes made to Post 7 in an early plan change submitted on March 3, 1992.
The subiect matter of the enclosure to this letter is SAFEGUARQS INFORMATION and is considered to be exempt from disclosure in pccordance with 10 CFR Parts 3.
