The lower overrun assemblies in the Robertshaw valves installed on the Diesel Generator Sets at Northeast Utilities - Millstone III have been replaced with overrun assemblies utilizing cotter pins to positively lock the nut to the stem.
The units are now free of the reported potential defect.
