In accordance 'sith the requirements of 10CTR50.54(q), Entergy Operations, Inc., hereby submits Revision 23 of the GGNS Energency Plan.
Included with this Revision are various changes to the EALs as discussed with the Staff over the last several months.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and the plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E.
