' Enclosed are one signed original and ten copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report, Update 11 (UFSAR), for TMI-1 submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e).
This UFSAR update contains changes necessary to reflect facility changes, procedure changes and analyses through January 22, 1992, as required by the rule.
In addition,. as part of the annual SAR updato process enclosed herewith is one copy of Revision 14 to the Fire Hazards Analysis Report (FHAR). The FHAR, Revision 14, reflects the methodology used at THI-l to meet 10 CFR 50, Appendix R.
Revision of the document resulted from changes to-the facility, procedures, and new design information having been incorporated since Revision 13, through March 30,' 1992, as annotated by revisia bars.
