On May 15,_1992, Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) met with the NRC and presented a proposal to install a dedicated power source from the Conowingo !!ydroelectric Power Station to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) onW +e distribution system.

?C -source for the PBAPS, Units 2 and 3 Station alackout analysis, hosponses to these questions were requested by July 24, 1992.
The PECo technical staff responsible for providing answers to the NRC questions has been involved in responding to the July 4, 1992 transformer fire at PBAPS and the subsequent NRC inspection.
Because of these unforeseen events, we are unable to meet the response date requested by the NRC.-
We plan to submit responses to the NRC questions by August 7, 1992.
This revised response date has been discussed with the NRC Project Manager for PBAPS.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
