Revision 21 Errata A to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Revision No. 21 Errata A to the Vermor.t Yankee Physical Security Plan.
This revision reflects enhancements recently made to our Security Program to address concerns identified in Reference c) regarding Section 3.1.2 of the Plan (page 3-4, Rev. 19) which were previously submitted to the NRC via. Reference b).
T*nese changes were previously incorporated into our implementing procedures and the enclosure ref?ects the resultant Plan changes.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plar..
Therefore, in accordance writh 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
This revision to our Physical Security Plan is submitted as Attachment A to this letter and is considered SAFEGUAPDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld fr om public discleaure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the Plan revisior required by the NRC.
