Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Technical Specification 4.4.5.5 Gentlemen:

As required by Reference (a), this letter reports the number of tubes plugged in the Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 Steam Generators dunng the recently completed Inservice Inspection.

Based on recent Eddy Current Examination results of the Unit 1 Steam Generators, we pluggei 11 tubes in Steam Generator No.11 and 7 tubes in Steam Generator No.12. In addition, a tube (R 93,1 67) in Steam Generator No.12, which had been erroneously plugged on the cold leg side in 1986 (LER 317/88-03), was plugged on the hot lep side. The total number of tubes plugged in Steam Generator Nos.11 and 12 are 118 and 77, respectively.
