These clarifications were discussed in a telc con between R.

Garrison, TVA Nuclear Security, and Orysia Masnyk, NRC Region II, on July 7, 1992.
This does not constitute a revision to the Physical Security / Contingency Plans but is only a clarification of the subject revisions.
This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registe:ed mail.
