i This is to confirm our telephone conversation of this l
date regarding your letter of January 23, 1985, and the enclosed j
responses to interrogatories to which Applicants had objected.
i As I indicated, we did not receive the "QA Trend Summary" referenced in your responses to Interrogatories III. 19, III. 20 and III. 21 of Intervenor's Third Set of Interrogatories.
Addi-tionally, the "PSE&G Action Plan Manhour graph" attached to your response to Interrogatory III. 68 of Intervenor's Third Set of Interrogatories had been photocopied in such a way to make it illegible.
You stated that the "QA Trend Summary" had not been i
provided but would be available for inspection at PSE&G in Newark.
l You also stated that you would attempt to provide a clearer copy of the "PSE&G Action Plan Manhour graph."
