Enclosed for filing are three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment
- to Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of Attachments I and II thereto comprising a statement of the pro-posed changes to the Technical Specifications and associated Safety Evaluation.
This application seeks to amend Section 4.6.F on page 144 and the Bases on page 153; and eliminate Table 4.6-1 on pages 157-162.
The proposed changes are Attachment I to the Application for Amendment to the Operating License enclosed with this letter.
The Safety Evaluation for the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications is Attachment II to the Application for Amendment.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this application with attachments is being provided to the designated New York State official.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $150.00 as the application fee per 10 CFR 170.12, which the Authority pays under protest pending a final determination of the legality of the fee schedule.
