Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 NRC Generic Letter No. 96-01 Duquesne Light Company (DLC) is responsible for the operation of Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Units No. I and No. 2.
This is the DLC response to NRC Generic Letter No. 96-01, " Testing of Safety-Related Logic Circuits." DLC intends to implement the actions requested in the generic letter. As requested in the generic letter, DLC will complete the required reviews prior to startup from the first refueling outage commencing after January 10, 1997. The dates which correspond to this schedule are October 26,1997, for BVPS Unit 1 and April 16,1998, for BVPS Unit 2. These dates are subject to change due to outage scheduling considerations.
