This report is submitted to you in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix J, Section V.B.1.
The information contained in Appendix A l
of this report is intended to comply with requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix J, Section V.B.3.
According to 10CFR50, Appendix J, Section III.D., the next Type A test is presently scheduled to be performed at the next refueling outage (Fall 1993).
Additional Correspondence with regards to the schedule of Type A testing will be provided under separate cover.
