Pursuant to Section 2.700 of the Commission's regulations,'it is hereby requested that the names and telephone numbers listed in procedure EP-315 Rev. 1; pages 5, 7, 12 and 13, be withheld from public disclosure. An affidavit cetting forth the grounds in support of this request is attached hereto.

Two copies have been sent under separate cover to the Document Control Desk.
