Transfer of hianaging Agent Responsibilities for Seabrook Station Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that on June 29, 1992, all regulatory _
approvals having been received, the responsibility for the management, operation and maintenance of Seabrook Station was transferred from the-New Ilampshire Yankee Division of Public Service of New Ilampshire to the North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation. This transfer was made u'nder the authority granted by the NRC in Amendment 10 [ Reference (b)1 to the' Operating L. cense.
