On page 2 of NUREG-1600, in the third full paragraph in the third column, the correct Papenvork Reduction Act Statement for the NRC's Enforcement Policy should read: "This policy statement does not contain a new or amended information collection requirement subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). Existing requirements were approved by the Office of Management and Budget, approval number 3150-0136. The approved information collection requirements contained in this policy statement appear in Section VII.C."
In Addition, on page 5 of NUREG-1600, after the first full paragraph in the first column, (i.e., immediately preceding the revised policy statement), insert the following section:
