Dear Administrative Judges:
Yesterday, Alabama Power Company filed its " Response to the Board's May 1, 1992 Order Regarding Proprietary Information."
As noted therein, Attachments D and F ware copies of facsimiles.
In both cases the copiec were in fact made from second generation facsimiles.
I have now obtained copies of the first generation facsimiles, as provided by the vendors to Southern Nuclear.
These copies, enclosed, are slightly clearer than the copies attached to the Company's pleading.
Very truly yours, N
