Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 75 to the License Application of ihiladelphia Electric Company in the above captioned matter. This Amendment makes changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report in the nature of editorial updates and clarifications and to reference infomation previously provided to the NRC Staff.
'Ihe filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No. 75 to the License Application and 50 copies of Revision 39 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
