Gentlemen:

This letter is to inform you of the completion of the conditions specified in the referenced exemption request; specifically, the completion of administering the annual licensed operator requalification examinations by March 15,1996.

Annual examinations for all Cooper Nuclear Station licensed personnel were conducted between February 5,1996, through March 13,1996. Additionally, all Cooper Nuclear Station licensed personnel continued to participate in the ongoing requalification training program.
