Dear Judge Brenner:
Enclosed is "LILCO's Response to Joint Motion to Admit EDG Load Contention."
As directed by the Board, LILCO and the County exchanged views on the contention prior to submission of this response, but no resolution could be achieved.
Now that the response has been submitted, LILCO will continue to discuss the contention with the County.
Due to the numerous references in the response to the December 18 deposition of Suffolk County's consultants, Messrs.
Bridenbaugh and Minor, LILCO will send copies of the deposition to the Board by Federal Express today.
