The above inspection report identified a deviation with respect to NSP's inplementation of camiitments associated with trending.

NSP's response to this deviation stated that a corporate directive outlining in greater detail trending requirements and responsibility would be issued by October 31. The response also stated that we would implement the directivo by December 31, 1984.

Because of workload associated with unforeseen events, NSP wishes to extend the ccmnitment dates to January 31 and June 1,1985 respectively.
