revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Revision "L" consists of modifications to incorporate observation, inspection and compensatory measures for degradation of the newly installed vehicle barrier system. The vehicle barrier system was installed to meet the requirements to protect against the malevolent use of a vehicle at a nuclear power plant.
Both the enclosures to this letter and obsolete pages removed from the plan contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
