10 CFR 50.74 NOTIFICATIONS Caar Sirs:
Per Amendment 84 to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications, Licensed Operators are not required now that all nuclear fuel has been removed from the Reactor Building. Therefore, Public Service Company (PSC) hereby notifies the Nuclear Regulatory Commissior per 10 CFR 50.74 that the following licenses should be terminated affective June 22, 1992.
