By letter dated May 14, 1992, you rejected our request to withhold proprietary information concerning test data for 3/4 inch diameter steam generator tubing.
The request was rejected because Westinghouse, who executed the required af fidavit, was not the owner of the information.
Enclosed are:
1.
WCAP-13237, " Preliminary Data on Voltage / Burst /Leakaga of 3/4 inch Diameter Tubing for ODSCC at TSPs" (Proprietary); and 2.
WCAP-13238, " Preliminary Data on Voltage / Burst / Leakage of 3/4 inch Diameter Tubing for ODSCC at TSPs" (Non-proprietary).
Also enclosed are an Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) authorization letter and accompanying affidavit.
As Item 1 contains information proprietary to EPRI, it is supported by an affidavit signed by EPRI, the owner of the information.
The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to EPRI be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
