Unit 2 from October 26,1993 to March 25,1995. This supplement details volumetric examinations of nozzle inner radii that were intentionally omitted from the B2R05 Summary Report. This report is submitted to you in compliance with the requirements of Article IWA-G000 of the Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,1983 Edition through the Summer 1983 Addenda. This report covers Byron Unit 2, interval 1, Period 3, Outage 1 inspections.
