Transmitted hereby for your information are copies of the latest revisions of four '

procedures originally submitted to the NRC by the referenced letter and subsequently revised during the course of the PANDA Test Program. Copies of these latest revisions to these procedures were provided to the NRC staff during the recent PANDA QA audit at PSI in Switzerland.

This GE PANDA Project Control Plan (PPCP) describes the organization, quality related activities, events and procedures necessary to ensure and verify that the PANDA 4 project at the Paul Scherrer institute (PSI) is conducted under the provisions of the GE SBWR Quality Assurance Plan as described in the SBWR Design and Ce' tification Program Quality Assurance Plan, NEDG-31831.
