LER 454: 95-011 BYRON-95-5174 Please find attached a report for the Byron Unit i Steam Generator examination performed during Cycle 7 midcycle outage (B1P02) during October-December 1995. This report is being submitted in compliance with the requirements of Mandatory Appendix IV of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,1983 Edition through Summer 1983 Addenda in accordance with Byron Technical Specification 4.0.5.
