This amendment application requests a revision to Figure 3.9-1 of Technical Specification Section 3/4.9.12 to reflect a maximum initial enrichment of 4.45 w/o U-235-for fuel storage in Region 2 of the Callaway spent fuel pool. The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and. approved this amendment application. Attachments 1 through 4 provide the Technical Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, Significant Hazards Evaluation, and Environmental Consideration, respectively. provides the Callaway Plant Region 2 Fuel Rack Criticality Analysis.
