LICENSEE NOTIFICATION OF INTENDED REFERENCES TO JOINT MAILGRAM EXHIBIT On December 19, 1984, Intervenor Three Mile Island Alert (TMIA) filed its Second Listing of Board Notifications. On page 2, TMIA cited a number of references which purportedly concern " discussion of and/or concern about core uncovery on 3/28/79."
