CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT, NFS-0145, REV. O HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-57 DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company hereby transmits the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) Cycle 7/ Reload 6 Core Operating Limits Report, NFS-0145, Revision O.
This report is submitted in accordance with HCGS Technical Specification 6.9.1.9.
The specific core operating limits contained in NFS-0145, Revision 0, have been determined using NRC-approved methodology and were established such that all applicable limits of the plant safety analysis continue to be met.
Appendices A and B of NFS-0090, Revision 0, submitted on April 26, 1994, consisted of reprinted proprietary information from the following two General Electric (GE) reports:
General Electric Report 23A6526AA, Revision 0,
" Supplemental Reload Licensing Submittal for HCGS Reload 3, Cycle 4,"
dated January 1991.
General Electric Report 23A76251296AA, Revision 0,
" Lattice-Dependent MAPLHGR Report for HCGS Reload 5, Cycle 6," dated October 1993.
The proprietary information in the above GE reports previously provided is contained in Appendices A, B,
and C of this report.
Therefore, based upon verbal requests Ly NRC to not submit duplicative proprietary material that requires treatment under 10CFR2.790, we tre not submitting the last 9 pages of NFS-0145 l
which consist of the Appendices.
