Enclosed is a copy of the final exercise report for-the February i

11, 1992, unannounced /off-hours partial-participation exercise'of the of fsite radiological emergency-response plans site-specific to the Callaway Nuclear - Power Plant emergency planning zone.

The State-of Missouri partially = participated in-the exercise and--the

-Counties of-_Callaway, Gasconade, Montgomery,- and Osage fully participated.

This report, dated May 8,1992, was-prepared by the Region VII staff of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

There were no Deficiencies identified during the February 11, 1992, exercise. ' There were,

however, six Arcas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified. These ARCLs will be corrected on or before the next scheduled biennial exercise.

Based on the results of the February 11, 1992, exercise, the State t

of-Missouri and local radiological emergency response plans and preparedness site-specific to the Callaway Nuclear Power Plant are adequate'to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can.be taken.of fsite to protect the health and safety of the public in the event of a radiological emergency at the' site.
