Dear Dr. Lamb:
I have discovered today that your copies of two letters from me to the Appeal Board (dated November 30, 1984 and December 10, 1984, respectively) were mistakenly sent to Judge Hill's address, rather than to your correct address in North Carolina.
I am enclosing copies of those two letters, and apologize for any' inconvenience to you that may have resulted from those incorrect mailings.
From the review of our records, it appears that while your address was incorrectly stated on this firm's certificates of service for materials filed directly with the Appeal Board since April 13, 1984, we continued to send copies of materials in the appeal proceeding to your correct address until November 30, 1984.
Moreover, your address continued to be stated correctly on this firm's certificates of service in the proceeding before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, and we believe that you re-ceived all materials which we filed in that proceeding.
To assure that you are not missing any materials, however, the following list includes all materials filed by this firm between April 13, 1984 and November 30, 1984 with either the Appeal Board or the Licensing Board:
(1)
Applicants' Response to CCANP Motion for Addi-tional Discovery (April 13,1984) ;
(2)

Please let me know if you did not receive any of the fore-going materials and we will forward them immediately.
