l By letter dated February 27,1996, PECO Nuclear submitted its semi-annual Performance Data l
Report for the Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) Program as required by 10CFR26.71(d). This report

provided FFD Program performance data for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS),
Units 2 and 3, Umerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2, and the Corporate /PECO Nuclear Headquarters for the period July 1995 through December 1995.
l However, we later discovered that information contained in the attachments to our February 27, l
1996 letter, was inadvertently omitted during the duplication process. Specifically, the FFD Performance Data forms that were provided for PBAPS, LGS, and the Corporate /PECO Nuclear Headquarters were not duplicated on both sides. Therefore, we are resubmitting these forms to ensure that the semi-annual FFD Performance Data Report includes complete information.
