FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST To whom it may concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, U.S.C.

522, as ammended, the Nuclear Awareness Network requests the following documents regarding the Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant:

1.

Any and all Notices of Violations and Deviations, excepting listings on enclosures 1 and 2.

2.

Any and all civil penalties.

If any of the material covered by this request has been destroyed and/or removed, please provide all surrounding documentation, including but not limited to a description of the action (s) taken, relevant date(s), and justification (s) for the actions.

In our opinion, it is appropriate in this case for you to waive copying and search charges, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (a)(4)(A)

The Nuclear Awareness Network is a non-profit organization serving and providing information to the general public.
