Omaha Public Power District is submitting rep?acement versions of procedure EPIP-0SC-21 R1 and EPIP Index, page 1 of 3 issued 4/2/92 to the DCD - holder of EPIP copy number 165.
The version of EPIP-0SC-21 R1 subnitted by Reference 2 that was intended for the Public Document Room was incorrectly stamped "Contains Privacy And/0r Proprietary Information." This error did not affect the copies of EPIP-0SC-21 R1 sent to NRC Region IV headquarters.
