Dear Sir:
This special report is submitted in eccordance with LaSalle Units 1 and 2 Operating Licenses NPF-11, 18, Technical Specification 3.12.1 and 6.6.C regarding a milk sample that was unable to be taken as required.
Milk samples are required to be taken monthly during November thru April at three locations specified in the ODCM. At location L-20, Gass Dairy, 4.6 miles WSW of LaSalle Station a sample was not taken during the month of March because the cow was not producing milk.
In addition, the farmer indicated that the temple required in April may be missed also.
Milk samples were taken at the other two locations in the-ODCM during the menth of March as required. The locations are L-16, Lowery Dairy, 7.2 mdes ESE and L-19, Bettenhausen Dairy, 7.0 miles S of LaSalle.
In addition, milk samples were taken at two additional locations that are not listed in the ODCM. These locations were L-17. Farl Hayer-Andrew
-Patterson, 12.3 miles NNE and L-18, Flatness Dairy Farm, 12.5 miles NNE i
of LaSalle.
