The document review program at the Midland Jobsite has identified numerous quality verification documentation packages,which contain unsigned CMTR's. Suppliers of these Certs have been contacted and corrScted copies have been requested. In many cases the Supplier advises that signed certs are unattainable fro:n material manufacturers.
