Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No.193, Revision 1, and Response to NRC Comments in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No.193, Revision No.1 is forwarded for your approval.
Additionally, a response to NRC comments on the original TSCR 193, provided via NP.C letter dated March 20, 1991, is enclosed.
TSCR 193, Revision 1 incorporates changes requested by the NRC in the above referenced comment letter and accepted by GPU Nuclear.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of Radiation Protection.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(a)(1), enclosed is an analyses in support of a determination of no significant hazards considerations.
Pursuant to
