Fee for Construction Permit Extension Gentlemen:
The amount of the application fee for the review of a license asend-ment for extension of Construction Permit No. CPPR-105 for Beaver Valley Power Station No. 2 (letter No. 2NRC-4-194, dated November 8,1984) is being revised in response to a letter received from Reba Diggs (Facilities Program Coordinator, Of fice of Administration) dated November 26, 1984, and received on November 29, 1984.
A check in the amount of $150 payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in payment for a Class 11 (administrative) type review of our request for construction permit extension is attached.
This applica-tion ' fee is as prescribed in revised Sections 10CFR170.12(c) and 170.21 of 10CFR170.
