-o BEFORE THE UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION IN THE MATTER OF:
THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY FERMI 2 DOCKET NO. 50-341 AMENDMENT NO. 60 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding,~hereby files Amendment No. 60 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purpose of transmitting additional information requested by the Regulatory Staff.. Major modifications incorporated in this amendment include:
revisions which provide consistency with certified Technical Specifications; clarification of Edison's response on TMI Item II.K.3.18 indicating option 4 of BWROG program will be implemented; modification of Chapter 14 to reflect changes in implementation of selected preoperational tests; and Chapter 11 was modified to allow the use of a portable radwaste system.
Several figures were also revised.
The balance of the noendment consists of minor technical and administrative corrections and clarifications.
WHEREFORE, Applicant prays as in its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses.
