50-328 SEQUOYAll NUCLE /R PLANT (SQN) - UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT (UFSAR), AMENDMENT 9 As required by 10 CFR 50.71, I am providing you ten copies of Amendment 9 of the SQN UFSAR. This amendment is intended to reflect the as-constructed condition of the plant as of October 15, 1991.

Accordingly, plant modifications-associated with SQN's Unit 1 Cycle 5 refueling outage, which began October 5 and ended December 20, 1991, are not included in Amendment 9.

The changes reflected by Amendment 9 are the result of modifications to the facility and procedure changes.

Organization chang a and descriptions are now being submitted to you under TVA's Nuclear Power Organization Topical Report (TVA-NPODS9-A). Consequently, Section 13.1

-of SQN's UFSAR has been revised to reference TVA's organization topical report.
