This letter also serves to report an inadvertent omission on the NIS-2 report which was submitted via latter CNSS897475, f rom G. A. Trevors to U.S. NRC, dated September 13, 1989. Code Case N-416 was invoked during replacement activities implemented via Design Change 89-023 (Maintenance Work Request 89-1688).
