Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit Nos.1 & 2; Docket Nos. 50-317 & 50-318 1995 Steam Generator Inspection Results Report

Calvert Cliffs Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications 6.9.1.5.b Referene: (a) requires that we report, on an annual basis, the results of steam generator tube examinations conducted in the past year. This report includes the number and extent of tubes examined, imperfections noted, and the identity of tubes plugged. Attached please find the report of steam generator tube examinations conducted on the Unit 2 steam generators in March 1995. The Unit 2 steam generator tube inspection results required 340 total tubes to be plugged in No. 21 Steam Generator and 183 total tubes to be plugged in No. 22 Steam Generator. The number of circumferential flaws detected were 29 in No. 21 Steam Generator and 86 in No. 22 Steam Generator. No similar examinations were conducted on the Unit I steam generators in 1995.
