As requested in your letter issuing Technical Specification Amendment Nos. 210 and 214 dated 8/31/95, PECO Energy Company is hereby notifying you in writing that we have implemented this amendment with exception of those changes documented in the referenced letter. In addition, implementation of Improved Technical Specifications addresses Generic Letter 89-19. This action l
fulfilis the inclusion of digital feedwater control system instrumentation i
