Reportable Fitness For Duty Events Under 10CFR26.73 There were no reportable Fitness For Duty events during this period; however, an j

event occurred that involved a specimen whose temperature failed to meet the l

criteria specified by 10CFR26. Information regarding this event was previously l

communicated to the Region IV NRC Staff.
