Pursuant to the Freedom of Infomation Act, please make available at the Commission's Washington, D.C., Public Document Room a copy of the following document:
NUREG/CR-3301, N. G. Cathey, et al., "A Catalog of PRA Dominant Accident Sequence Information", EGG-2259, EG8G Idaho, Inc., June 1983 (FIN A6301).
It is nly understanding that there may be a proprietary claim regarding certain portions of the report concerning the PRA results for the Limerick BWR.
It is difficult in the abstract to conceive of how information contained in a PRA could be considered to be proprietary.
In any event, I am requesting that the entire report be publicly released.
I would appreciate that any questions regarding possible proprietary claims not delay the release of the remainder of the report, and that any such claims be reviewed for their continued applicability on a separate track from the remainder of the report.
