A clarification of this response is warranted to ensure that the commitment is correctly interpreted.
Palisades plant staff intends to complete the Administrative Procedures required by the Chemistry Program Manual by July 1, 1985. Various working level procedures will require modification during the implementation of the Administrative Procedures. The revisions to the subordinate procedures will be completed in a timely manner, but should not be expected to be completed by July 1, 1985.
It is our intent that completion of the Administrative Procedures required by the Chemistry Program Manual will satisfy the commitment made with respect to open item 50-255/84-21-01.
