Enclosed is a copy of Thermal Mapping Report 84-11 covering the Isotherm Surveys for November 3, 1984.
The late submission of this survey report is due to an interfacing failure between the Testing and Laboratories group performing the boat survey and the Mechanical Engineering group responsible for preparation of the Isotherms and report.
This problem has been resolved by providing for a form verifying receipt of the boat survey by Mechanical Engineering.
This information has been completed in compliance with the reporting requirements set forth in Appendix B to the Peach Bottom Operating License Environmental Technical Specification and Bases.
